Peter Shaffer, ‘Five Finger Exercise: A Play’ (via angelinthesnow) Man, these quotes are so troubling. I agree with it and reflect on my own living, but when it’s time to act on it I don’t know how to proceed. Then sometimes it seems like ‘living your own life’ and the pursuit of happiness is so egocentric and inconsiderate to people other than myself. I want to pursue music production.. like make it big. How egocentric is that? A career in entertainment.. that’s so first world. My parents are pushing for me to go to PA school. I’m not against the idea of working in the health field but to me getting a stable job represents me giving up on my dream. Contributing to society in a meaningful way like taking care of people’s health or entertain them, make them happy. I need balance and time management skills. |
